I'm surprised no one has mentioned this in any reviews, but the post of the bracket is awfully short. If you install the monitor on the mount and put it in the highest position that the length of the post allows, you still have your eyes over the top of the monitor when you sit, and that's just wrong! I found myself starting to slouch and bend weirdly to get a good view of the monitor because of it.
