Holds firmly, easy assembly. Allen key holder = you have them handy when you need to loosen/tighten. Cable holders on the individual arms, everything can be nicely hidden. With alzastrip you can hide all cables easily.
Plastic "regulators" for monitor height. They could be metal, however sufficient. Anyway, this only serves as a regulation to keep the monitors at the same height - a range of about 1cm.
For the monitor + laptop combination, the height of the individual peripherals cannot be adjusted - the laptop is significantly higher than the monitor. I would need to place the monitor higher, but then I have my laptop under the ceiling and it doesn't suit me. For this layout, you must purchase two separate holders including the stand. Then you throw away the stand (in my case unfortunately two), but at least you have a laptop and monitor at a reasonable height. I can handle it for now, but it would piss me off in the long run.
Cannot purchase a separate arm without a stand.
