I bought this power bank thinking it would last a long time, but the opposite is true. The power bank's capacity drops rapidly with each charging cycle and for some reason it breaks both USB-C connectors, making the power bank useless. So I made a complaint, and Alza handled it very quickly and I had a second one at home the very next day. The problem started right away when it arrived with a completely wobbly cable that was totally unusable. So I used my own higher-quality one and for the first 2 charging cycles the power bank seemed to work great. But then there was a huge drop in capacity, the power bank showed it was charged from 10% to 100% in 30 minutes, and it hardly charges my phone at all, it just keeps turning on and then off. I've tried it with several cables and different phones. So I made a complaint for a second time to get my money back. Unfortunately, the money still hasn't arrived and customer support isn't dealing with it at all.
After 5 charging cycles, both USB-C connectors failed.
Unfortunately, a problem with multiple units. I had 2 power banks and both were faulty.
