Unfortunately it doesn't work as it should, tested 5 pcs. Various NTBs. Tested with different cabling. When PD is plugged into the HUB, USB-A does not work when connected to the NTB. After unplugging the PD and plugging it back in it starts working, but it then misses the point of having one USB-C cable to the NTB. It works with other HUBs. We're going to go back and try to buy TP-LINK.

MacBook Air M1 with monitor (144Hz with HDMI) is connected to the dock with an HDMI 2.1 cable and runs at 4K/60Hz.
Lenovo laptop with the same monitor and cable only 30Hz, while directly with USB-C->HDMI cable from the same port 60Hz.
DeX only 4K/30Hz, while directly with the previous cable 60Hz and with the USB-C->DP cable even 100Hz.
