was able to run my 9800x3d for a few months with minor signs of defect.
my cpu bios started to inform me that it is not able to detect the cpu cooler fan header, the connection was checked multiple times, but as the fans appeared to be spinning on the radiator i assumed all is clear and i put the error as "ignore" in the bios settings. 2 weeks after doing so during some minor stress test the cpu stopped cooling and had my cpu reached over 102 c. noticed in time, had it shut down hopefully without any issues caused to my cpu... will know after RMA

easy setting up
weird clicking sound started to appear after 1 week of using this cooler which lead to the inside motor to stop functioning.
Always have a pair of eyes on a cpu temp measurement as the cpu cooler has zero indicator if it is working properly or not once it's in the case, turned on.
