Delivered in an Alza box, after removing it from the box I had an idea what would follow. The packaging of the product certainly moved on the ground and puddled with mud. After unpacking of course 1 piece smashed. I don't understand the unloading behaviour of some carriers. I have witnessed several times how the reloading into the boxes is done, the back door of the van is opened, and the packages are thrown to the boxes so they don't have to go back and forth. I've been in business for 30 years but I would never think of behaving like this!
