Blutooth connectivity sometimes turns itself off, sometimes it doesn't connect (and I only had it connected to 1 NTB device)
the app is slow and can't do anything
Alexa is not available in the Czech Republic
the system freezes and then reboots for a long time, but you can't really tell
I went back and got Sonos and the Blutooth x WIFI connectivity is flawless, it's awesome, it's great to use, but it's not up to Zeppelin in sound or design.

I've had it for a week now, and have dealt with the random yet frequent Bluetooth disconnections that led to audio dropouts. I was collecting data while trying different location configurations due to interference with WiFi Router etc. I processed it all and sent it to B&W Product Support. I'll probably deal with a return, unfortunately, because it's a quality device in terms of sound quality and playability.
