I appreciate the quality and build; the product looks visually premium, but unfortunately, that's it. The app was installed with slight difficulty and the device was paired. Several calls were made, and the recording quality was very poor despite repeatedly adjusting the sensitivity. The transcription was full of errors; only about 40% of the information in the call was transcribed correctly. Consequently, the mind map made no sense. There was a regular problem with pairing the device; it always took several attempts to connect the device to the phone. The product is absolutely UNUSABLE for daily use (recording tens of calls), their transcription, and long-term archiving.
