Quality materials. The predecessor Texstyle3 had stainless steel screws, the plastic didn't crack even after years and the supply cord survived everything. I hope that this version is similar.
Compared to the previous version, cotton laundry sticks to it and lifts off the ironing board. Lowering the temperature doesn't help much.
Working with an iron is generally pleasant. It has a very good slip and holds well. Steam output is quite sufficient. I had the opportunity to test a competing model from Tefal, which had a steam output even 5 or 10 grams per minute higher, and I already assessed this as counterproductive, because a steam bath was created in the room in a short time. The disadvantage of high steam output is also the need for frequent water replenishment.
The main marketing attraction for this iron is in the curved ironing surface. Honestly, I can' t judge if ironing really has a positive effect on ergonomics.
If I had to choose the iron again, I would choose a model with a removable scale container, which is a solution offered by philips or tefal. It' s much more comfortable.
