Despite the mentioned negatives, I am satisfied - I have an HTPC, so I can adjust the lag and the rest I can live with. But if someone wants to use this device to connect BT headphones to the TV, so if it does not have the ability to shiftu (advance) the sound by about 500 ms may be disappointed.

Delay approx. 500 ms. For music it doesn't matter, but to use the device with TV (connecting BT headphones in TX mode) is not possible (lipsync doesn't fit), unless you have e.g. HTPC and you can set your own delay/advance of the audio signal separately from the picture.
The AUX input is unnecessarily sensitive in TX mode, you can't practically connect it to the line output (it's overdriven), you have to connect it to the headphone output and set the source volume very low.
The top cover does not fit symmetrically - on the side near the buttons it has an "overhang" of about half a millimetre. It doesn't bother anyone and I don't know if it's a bug or a "feature".
The connecting audio cables are microshort - about 10 cm. If you don't want the device to "hang" from your device, you need to buy slightly longer cables.
