Again after a long time I can't forgive myself for a slightly disillusioned review. I was looking for an interesting camera that is able to work in the dark in the attic to monitor the status of places I can't get to. They promised a camera with browser connectivity which would be enough for me. Unfortunately, I spent about two days and nights to get this marvel of technology up and running. The web interface on this camera has not worked from the beginning. It can only be accessed by connecting via the cloud or using the DAHUA SmartPSS or SmartPSSLite apps, where unfortunately the WiFi part cannot be enabled. I wouldn't go through the cloud at all, a complete waste for local traffic. But installing the mobile app was the only way to enable and configure WiFi transmission. This setting is not available elsewhere and the web interface does not work. When I bought this device I kind of assumed I was buying something commensurate with the price. The device works, but the instructions do not correspond to the setup procedures, already on the first page you will find that the WEB interface does not work, where the camera can be configured practically fully. Alza Assistant let me hear that I'm unlucky, that simply in the current firmware version is Web access blocked and I have only a few functions for settings in the mobile. Plus, finding firmware with history and downgrade on this camera is virtually impossible. Perhaps the only positive is that the mechanical part works quite well and the combination of two cameras is really useful. So, gentlemen of manufacturing. It would be good to fix the firmware to make the web interface of the camera work. Even the latest version does not do this. Otherwise, you'll get stuck on the first page of the manual and end up configuring it.
