We made a complaint about the vacuum cleaner and eventually reached a resolution with Alza in the form of a refund. After vacuuming the whole flat for the fifth time, the vacuum cleaner stopped charging and wouldn’t work. It’s possible that it was a faulty item; in any case, we’ll go for a different brand. Overall, the vacuum cleaner seems rather ‘flimsy’ and its performance is also very poor.
