As other reviewers have said the fragrance is very intense. Interesting for me, but I don't smell lavender or lemon balm. I think I'd call it the elegance club. The smell of old polished wooden furniture and men's cologne. So I'm not sure I would use it for "restful sleep" 1 drop at most. I'll keep the oil, but it'll probably last me a long time.
