I bought the case mainly for my cell phone and some accessories. The Xperia 10V can fit in the main pocket with a spare, so a larger mobile phone can certainly fit in here. The advantage is also the zipped side pocket, which is also deep enough to hold documents and various cards.
The downside is a slightly shorter lanyard for hanging if you want to put the holster around your neck and over your shoulder. A slightly longer length would be useful here. Also, the handy slider does not have a stop, so the end of the cord has to be retracted, which shortens it slightly. Also, the smaller pocket under the velcro is not zippered. Although it's quite deep, I managed to slip out a banknote in an incomprehensible way. Maybe it was also due to the fact that I sometimes tried to accidentally tuck my phone into it, so watch out for that.
However, despite these shortcomings, I am satisfied with the case and it fulfilled its purpose for which I bought it.
