Cooling curve adjustment required. The card is incredibly noisy in the base, and I don't understand why. After reducing the fan speed by a noticeable amount, the temperature increase was minimal. TIP: if the fan curve adjustment in AMD Driver doesn't work, either for a while or until the PC restarts, update the BIOS. After the update, my modified curve started to save and work.
