Our children liked the sandpit very much. Thanks to its wooden construction, it fits nicely into the garden and does not cause any disturbance. The leaf net really works - no need to constantly clean the sand in autumn. The glaze has prevented the wood from soaking up water and so far the wood is weatherproof. I also appreciate the greener thinking - instead of throwing the structure away after a few years, we plan to turn it into a utility bed.
Easy assembly - We assembled the sandbox in a moment, everything fit together nicely.
High quality wood - I painted the wood with a preventive varnish for longer durability, it looks sturdy and stable.
Leaf net - A practical tool to prevent fallen leaves or animals from contaminating the sand.
Sand capacity - Fits about 8 bags of 25 kg, which is enough for comfortable playing.
Multi-purpose use - After the season we plan to use the frame as a raised bed, which I consider a great advantage.
Without lid - If the net is not enough or in heavy rain, a lid would protect the sand better.
No benches - A couple of planks for children to sit on around the edges would be useful, but this can be done on your own.
The wood is not impregnated by the manufacturer - Without a protective coating, the structure would quickly succumb to the weather. Painting with glaze is a must.
