I've been buying iget products for a long time because I like the fact that it's a Czech company, but they always surprise me with something completely illogical, so I'll probably stop soon because it's starting to look like amateurish behaviour to me. The support pages are always down.
(With the doorbell, when you press the ringer button for a longer time, the ringer switches off - only a firmware update solved this, which I took a long time to get from support and was only possible via SD card)
Fortunately, I only bought one head for a test run. Unfortunately without Gateway from iget it won't connect to the app - ok, I have LidlHome Gateway (zigbee), it connects there, works, but Google assistant can't see it, so I have to use another app for one thermohead - I won't buy another one. Expression of support:
Full functionality can be guaranteed when using iget heads with iget gateway. You can try adding your LidlHome gateway to iGet Home, but I can't say how or if it will work. This proposed solution did not work and I will not buy another gateway. Next time I will choose a different product from a different company.
