Perfect fit to FormD T1 with the star that you need to look for a gap behind the card or plan water. 2x performance in KCD1 than 3080 12GB, CS2 140->240+FPS with the CPU suddenly sweating a lot more: ). I have a feeling that there are some extra thermal sensors on the card, because in desktop youtube playback you suddenly find that the fans are spinning. Or maybe it's a bad power management when decoding video, anyway after touching the heavy backplate I'm quite happy that the card is trying to cool down. Or it is related to Igorslab article about hotspots in VRM on reference PCBs. The card feels cooler than the previous 3080, but is definitely cooler to the touch. In terms of (reported) consumption they are comparable. The power limit is set to 360W (as on all the reference ones at the time of the review), but in the one I'm playing, the 310W consumption doesn't go over the default, so I don't see that as a problem. I accepted that it was the 4080Ti: ).
