Very long response time and microphone bad. I often couldn't be heard, probably because the microphone arm was too short. Yes, when I put the earpiece about halfway up my cheek instead of my ear, it was better, but I don't think anyone wants to use it that way. The microphone is simply poorly resolved, i.e. half of the device is almost useless.
