At first, I was pleasantly surprised by the JLab Go Pods ANC headphones. Setup and connection was easy. I also downloaded the app, which is clear and easy to use. I've tried the EQ modes and the differences between them are quite noticeable. I also appreciated the choice of three sizes of silicone plugs. In the ears the headphones hold well. Unfortunately, there were connection problems very quickly. At first the right handset would occasionally not connect and after a few days it stopped working altogether. The case shows that it is charged, the left earpiece works normally, but the right one is not responding, does not connect and is not even visible in the app. The noise cancellation also disappointed me, there is an annoying humming noise. Overall, I was definitely expecting a longer and more stable functioning from the headphones.

The headphones are very big and they are hard to hold in my ears - I am always catching them somewhere.
Fully charged, I can listen for about 6 hours straight, then I have to charge.
It happens to me quite often that only one headphone connects even when both are fully charged.
It automatically throws itself into "be aware" mode after deployment and everything is buzzing and disturbing me everywhere. I have to turn on their app and toggle it.
