After three months, he's fired. Alza is probably counting on the fact that with a price of 400 CZK people will not deal with the complaint, nor will I. But I want to caution any other customers against buying. Not only that, but the bucket is basically impossible to carry after filling, because it is immediately tipped to one side and water spills out. Worse is the quality of workmanship. At the beginning I fret over the "lock" for rotation, but what the heck, what would I want for 400 CZK. However, after three months, the mop "head" fuse fell off, without which the rotation mechanism and thus the mop cannot be used. This fuse, or whatever you want to call it, held on the bolt that it go on but can't be back to fix. So the mop's a throw-away.
