When I first put the headphones on I noticed that the top plastic on my big head was bent down, that in itself should have been a warning. Unfortunately, the top plastic broke after half a year of frequent use and since of course the cable to the right earpiece goes through the top part, the right earpiece sometimes stops working.
Alza rejected the claim, which I understand, but I find it ridiculous to spend a thousand crowns on something that lasts half a year. So if you have a big head, definitely don't buy it!
