I've basically written everything in points, so I'll just come back to the sound.
All the musical instruments are clearly audible and the sound meets my expectations of a BT speaker for outdoors.
The volume is really sufficient for outdoor partying, the bass is enough and not lost as it often happens outdoors, and even the music at higher volumes does not merge into one ball as it happens with low-quality products.
The mids are not neglected (which I was initially worried about) and the highs are just right, just take into account that while the bass is omnidirectional and you can hear it from anywhere, the highs are strictly directional and therefore you have to turn the speaker in the direction of listening.
I'm pretty picky about sound I guess, I'm not going to post here what I have at home, but this speaker is a really big surprise for me and it's more than good for outdoors.
I tested the speaker outside in the garden last week 8-9. March, as it was so nice and warm.
I listen to demanding music like rock and all branches of metal on the equipment, where the quality of the instrument really shows and proves itself immediately and I am satisfied. The only negative for me is that the speaker is mono, but nowadays you just can't get anything proper, portable in stereo for outdoors.
In conclusion, I would like to point out that the speaker sounds good even in the basic, default settings as it is from the factory, however, for more demanding listeners I recommend tuning the sound in the equalizer of the software player and not in the application, because there is a very limited equalizer, I think only three-band.
The light show that is available doesn't interest me too much and so I won't go into detail, it just lights and flashes on the sides (seems to be in rhythm too) and the large rear light can be used as a torch and can be synchronised with the side lights.
Light colours and intensity can be customised and importantly everything can be switched off completely.
I was convinced to buy it by the result in dTest, it is obvious that they know what they are doing and can really test.
