My experience is that when I first ordered this slide, I peeled it off and immediately saw that there was a lot of dust stuck right in the middle on the adhesive (just after peeling off the protection). I reclaimed it, Alza did a great job and by the next day I had a new slide in alzabox. But when I polished it again today, I got a few grains of dust under the slide again. I don't mind it so much this time and will keep it, but I CANNOT recommend the slide because of that.
