The product does not meet the stated technical specification (TV size up to 82", weight up to 30kg). Already after attaching the bracket to the wall with the supplied installation material (which I was skeptical about when I saw it) and performing a load test with the arm extended, the dowels started coming out of the wall like butter. After replacing it with considerably larger dowels and screws, the bracket felt more solid. However, further problems arose when hanging the TV (77", 23kg). The TV could not be permanently arranged in a position where it would not tilt forward or to one side. When she had managed to at least partially right herself, after a while she started to deflect again. The problem became more and more apparent with each movement of the shoulder. In addition, when the arm was extended, the position of the TV changed further and it was not possible to permanently align it. The bracket in question is totally unsuitable for larger TVs and I would say dangerous. After a full day of installation, I became very suspicious of the overall performance and the idea of children playing under the TV made me return the TV to the dealer on legs and bracket. Alza accepted the claim without any problems and refunded the money.
