The device works as a router, but at the same time does not have sufficient range. I have a Sonoff Dongle Max and when I placed the dongle 2 meters from the light, it still had a LQI of 45-60. The next MOES bulb a meter away was LQI 120. So it looks like it also depends on which piece you get. After several weeks of suffering, I switched to Philips Hue Essential, with which I have an LQI about 100 higher and no latency.
