This card is really great for its price, especially nowadays. Only not ideal thing is that the fans are too noisy by default, but it can be easily fixed by software.
I bought it because it was on sale, and for its class of unbeatable price, it fell into the asking price range: -)
The pros and cons can generally be read from the specifications. It has semi-passive cooling, so it is silent during normal operation. But under load it switches only between 0 and 2500 rpm (at least in "silent" mode in MSI center). For taming it, so far only a tool directly from AMD (AMD Software) makes sense to me: Adrenaline Edition), where you can set (among other things) the max speed or directly the speed according to the temperature. This is the main shortcoming for which it does not deserve 5 stars from my side
I bought the card as an upgrade from a GTX 1660 Ti. At first glance, the card is nice and has quite a bit of power too. Unfortunately, it loses quite a bit of performance on a PCIE 3.0 board due to the 8 line limitation on PCIe 4.0. I also tried the Smart access memory feature, which failed to run stably on a B450 board (Of course, it could just be a bad port from the board manufacturer, since Amd SAM only supports B560 and above originally. ). Also the fans have a nonsensical Fan Curve, at 60C on the card the fans run 2200rpm. So the card is well cooled, but the noise is extreme. I've read that Radeon Software allows you to set a maximum speed for the card, but I'm not sure if that won't interfere with 0db mode.
Sufficient for fulHD gaming. Apex Legends gets up to about 75-85 FPS
