It has semi-passive cooling, so it is silent during normal operation. Under load, it takes off like a helicopter lacking sensible regulation. High speeds only make sense above about 75°c and not as here from 45°c. In the end I had to use MSI Afterburner to set a reasonable curve. it's a pity that the curve can't be set in the AMD defaut program. I'm playing on a 2k monitor so performance is sufficient.
