When I came to pick it up, I had a nice surprise instead of a tablet, I had a small Lego in the box 😱🤷‍♀️😔. I called right away, the staff was very apologetic and offered me a refund. I had them create a new order for the grey one which was still pretty sorry. but when I went to pick up the gray one this morning, I got a nice surprise. The tablet was the Purple one I wanted at the end.
