Big disappointment so far - technical error during activation We bought the Oura Ring Gen 4 for my husband, but right at the first start-up we encountered an error that makes it impossible to complete the setup. After you pair your ring and log into the app, it will redirect you to a website where you have to choose a subscription. However, the page crashes with an error and only a technical message about an error in localization (missing price and payment date) is displayed. We tried everything possible - a different browser, incognito mode, disabling VPN, switching the phone to English, reinstalling the app. Nothing helped. Support has not yet advised. It's possible that it's just a temporary bug, but for a device costing several thousand crowns I would expect a smooth commissioning. I recommend waiting to buy until Oura fixes the bug with the Czech version of the settings.
