A little strange at first is the feeling of vibrations in the mouth and on the teeth. It's easy to get used to, the exposed nipples didn't hurt me. The toothbrush can actually last about 20 days when cleaned twice a day. Only it takes quite a long time to recharge (about 8-9 hours from min to max). overall I am satisfied, it cleans perfectly and you get used to the vibration as well as to a slightly different grip technique than with a classic brush
