The covers from Pitaka are wonderful, I' ve been using them for several years, but they absolutely do not protect the phone. It' s just a decoration. Practically every slightest fall means a crack in the display, so it is useless without a protective glass. My phone fell only twice this year, from half a meter onto the floating floor and it was on glass. I even had a completely cracked glass back on an older Samsung. But as I say, the Pitaka phone looks great.
I' m not sure if the phone would suffer if dropped on exposed places from the top (I won' t try it 🙄😁)
