The headphones are designed for TV for a retired father and it looks like a satisfaction. The only small minus is the long switch delay. You need to hold the button for 5 seconds before the headphones turn on. I personally use a Marshall Major V and there is a delay of less than 2 seconds. In terms of sound quality both headphones have the Marshal up about 5%, almost indistinguishable. As far as sensitivity is concerned, the QCY H2 is slightly higher than the Marshall.
