It seems like a good product, but I can't keep it because of the loud annoying sound that makes quiet coffee making a circus. I really disliked SENCORA's response, as if I was complaining about some insignificant little thing, although I have seen other reviews where people complain about the same thing.
Functionality
There is a very, very loud and unpleasant sound with every action, and some actions even have several beeps. I wrote to SENCOR customer support and received a reply that the sound could not be got rid of and that they could not help me in any way. It literally spoils the whole impression of the product

The kettle is really nice, compact, made of nice materials and looks really premium for the price. It has a pretty short cable, which can be a plus and a minus. I appreciate the design of the base, without any unnecessary buttons or inscriptions, just a display that shows the temperature, two buttons to turn on and maintain the temperature and a setting wheel. But unfortunately it beeps loudly at absolutely every interaction: when you put the kettle in the base, when you press the buttons, after boiling and when you turn the adjustment wheel - it beeps at EVERY turn. It's not the worst sound, but it's quite shrill, and I find it annoying after a while when adjusting the temperature - and most importantly, it can't be turned off. Some may not mind, but for me, unfortunately, it was the reason for the return. Which is a real shame, because otherwise I liked this kettle the most out of similar ones in this price range.
