I bought the headphones for a friend and since then there have been nothing but problems with them. I don't know if it's the fact that it has smaller ears or bad firmware, but they know how to turn themselves off as if they weren't on the head. Then the problem is to pair them again after switching on. After the second complaint, I tried them myself (I have bigger ears) and they worked properly for a while. Then I used to have them turn on by themselves or the sound would drop out. For this price, there are far better headphones on the market than, for example, from Sony XM4 (I have tested the ones I bought myself parallel to these and so far 8 months without problems). I would definitely recommend anyone who doesn't want to deal with long claims to avoid this product. In my opinion, the firmware is not mastered enough and I would expect at least something that works as it should for a premium price. I'm sorry from the Sennheiser brand we have a lot of products in the family and this is the first really big disappointment. The problems we found are not unique on reddit in r/sennheiser you can find several threads where the exact same problems are discussed by other customers.

This online product review may be my first, but I'm so over the moon with these headphones that I had to, and although I've mentioned a few negatives, the pros outweigh them substantially for me
Perfect sound (compared to all the headphones I've ever used and until now my favourite were the Superlux HD681 EVO, which now seem to lack bass)

The battery lasts an incredibly long time (the first time I charged after 10 days! )
Unparalleled best controls (I was looking for touch mainly, because until now the best true wireless hearing aids for me were, although the pips, Bragi the Dash, which are unique from a startup project and are unfortunately no longer even produced and quite possibly were the biggest pioneers) - the touchpad responds exactly as I expect, it's intuitive and fantastically accurate
Any other headphones (besides the Dash) I would just put away anywhere, but I'll happily fold these into the carrying case that comes with the case. A beautiful design affair with cables not only for charging at hand and feeling safe.

When using software that uses a microphone (on a mac - in my case Sound Studio) the sound quality drops significantly (perhaps 32kbps) and this is a bit annoying, but it should be taken into account that most users will not encounter this imperfection
Connecting the headphones to the device through the cable will also reduce the quality. Not badly, but clearly.

The ambient sound suppression impressed me but I was looking for something where the bass is not this pronounced. But I have to say, I've never had a pair of headphones fall on my head so beautifully. That was the kicker. My wife has a much different head shape than me and they fit her great too.
The headphones look good, fit well, but the sound is very dull. Foggy. Unfortunately, the price does not match the quality at all.
