I was expecting more and I wouldn't buy it again. It doesn't come with the cooling packs either. At night I do have to be under the duvet, but that's because I don't like it blowing on me, since it doesn't cool the room. But in its defence, I think it would be a different story in flats that aren't under the roof and don't get to 36° inside in the summer. As a fan that doesn't dry out the air – it's OK.
I needed a cooler while working on my computer in a hot room without air conditioning.
I tried the ARGO Polifemo Zeus, but even on its lowest setting, it blows too much, whereas this one blows just right on its minimum setting. At the same time, it can be adjusted in very fine increments, so you can set it to exactly what you need. It's also not very noisy on the minimum setting. The only major disadvantage is that the water pump from the supply tank hangs down into the tank and touches the bottom. As a result, the pump's vibrations transfer to the body of the unit, creating a loud, unpleasant noise. This makes it unusable – a major design flaw. Luckily, all you need to do is lift the pump slightly with a piece of string, and the sound from the pump becomes completely inaudible.

Loud and unpleasant vibrating noises from the pump when using water. It can be fixed yourself – see the description of my experience.
The WiFi initialisation procedure in the enclosed manual and in the app is poorly written and it's impossible to set it up following those instructions. It refers to a different button. I finally managed it by experimenting with the other buttons.
Noisy at high power, but for my purposes I run it on minimum power, where it is quiet.
