As long as the fan was working, I was very happy with its quiet operation. And I have also often used the option to direct the fan head to the ceiling - if the oscillation range of the head does not cover the desired part of the room, this position guarantees stable air circulation throughout the room in exchange for a smaller air flow. What bothered me most about the product was the controls - which don't light up when running, but in the off state the controls light up. Which doesn't make a lot of sense to me, and it's distracting at night. Also, the power cord is quite short and the connector sticks out so strangely that it's easy to accidentally rip or bend it. I would have expected a more robust design, where for example the cable would be led out through the base. Unfortunately, three days after the warranty it stopped working and some internal short circuit blew the fuses several times throughout the apartment building. Perfect. Either the product is susceptible to basic handling and can be easily broken, or it is a poor quality product. Either way, I'm not buying it next time. However, when it worked, I was relatively satisfied.
