If I remember correctly, it had a note on its website that it was dishwasher safe. I haven't done that yet because I noticed a tiny surface blemish inside and I don't want to risk damaging the teapot even more in the dishwasher. Otherwise, I use it. It's solid, it fits 400ml (I recommend using the nozzle to give a max of 360ml). And it's nicely priced compared to some competing milk jugs.
