It's a tragedy with the mop. I can see why it was such a discount. I sent the first vacuum cleaner for a complaint because of the mop (repeated message, "the mop must be reinserted"). He was immediately replaced (that's about the only plus). To be picked up in Prague - so phone calls and emails that I really don't drive 100km to pick up the vacuum cleaner. The second was eventually sent to the address. After unpacking, pairing and setting up, the situation is the same, as soon as the sensor detects the mop magnet, the same message is heard. Same if I just use a magnet. So unusable.
We are satisfied with the robot, it does exactly what was expected of it. If it could make coffee, it would be my favorite helper 😁. I mapped the apartment myself, the map was transferred to the app, then I just set up the "No-Go Zones", set which room to vacuum or mop how many times. For each vacuuming session, the vacuum strength or water dosage can be adjusted. you can make routines, when to clean, rest zones and more. We have the app on two phones and everything works seamlessly. It leaves the floor free of clutter even when mopping. For me, I definitely recommend it.

Můj předchůdce od Sam.... se nedá s tímto produktem vůbec srovnávat už ho nemám :-) Požíván denně cca 14 dní od koupě a nechápu že jsem si ho nepořídil dřív :-) Aplikace přehledná a lehce nastavitelná. Za mne skvělá koupě. Jsem velmi spokojen.

I don't recommend it for a larger household, there could be many such cases.
