I purchased a protective cover for my watch from Alza.cz. After using it, the entire body of the watch was significantly scratched. I subsequently discovered that the cover had manufacturing defects, specifically sharp edges and molding defects that could have caused the damage. I filed a claim with photographs and a detailed description of the defect. Nevertheless, it was rejected without any physical assessment of the product - according to the company, the photographs sent were sufficient. I consider this procedure to be insufficient and unprofessional, especially in view of the extent of the damage caused. I am particularly sorry about the approach of customer support, which was dismissive and offered no solution to the situation. As a result, the watch is significantly damaged in appearance without any effort to compensate or further investigate the matter.
