The iron is very powerful, I had no problems with it, it irons through 4 layers of bedding so that they are even on the other side. The iron wears well, I like the clamping system better than on other models (from other manufacturers, this was my first Tefal). It also has long inlets for both steam and electricity. Unfortunately, it has a small water tank (it doesn't really iron for very long on high power). This model (GV9810E0) DOES NOT have Smart mod - the iron cannot steam without pressing the button, which I consider a given for such an expensive machine. It is listed in the manual, but it was probably removed from the model and is in other models - you can see that in the diodes with mods in the photos of the iron is also the option "Smart". My hour-long ironing gig didn't survive the board, but it remembered Zizek when he was still a freeman, so I don't consider it a fault of the iron. Bottom line - I returned the iron and ordered an identical (in terms of performance) model with Smart modem. It cost me even 1000 CZK cheaper.

In practice, this means that the iron can't "hold" steam without pressing the button, which is quite an incomprehensible shortcoming (most cheaper competitors can do it, at least for a short time).
Must be a special ironing board - the body can stand under the board, the cord is long enough, but our old cork board broke in half after an hour of ironing on high power: -D. This is not a problem of the iron as such, but of the board, but I prefer to state.
