After uncovering it, I saw that it had dried up after less than a year. So I bought this version and carefully applied. The application is quite easy and I immediately tried it out. My thin and light i7-12700H doesn't get above 70 degrees even when playing CS2 on integrated graphics, which is certainly much better than before. If it dries out again, which I hope it doesn't, it seems to me that I have applied correctly, I will try another solution, for example in the form of thermal pads, as this seems to me to be a much easier and safer solution.
