I was amazed by the size of the image on the Optoma Photon GO. Because of a lot of compromises, I tried to buy the Xgimi Horizon 20. It solved the problems with visible screen waves (UST projection problem). And at the same time, because of the higher luminosity, 4K resolution and sharpness, the image from XGIMI is like heaven and smoke. I've found myself enjoying watching 4K HDR nature videos on youtube because it just looks beautiful on a 135" screen. (EC canvas roller blind for 6k). So far I'm thrilled with everything, I've only run into one problem. What idiot thought of putting such a big projector on a non-removable (because of the power supply) stand/gimbal that spins left/right like a duck. And vertically there is no way to tighten the screw or fix more in one position? Then hell breaks loose when one wants to place the projector upside down on the ceiling or wall. There is a 1/4" tripod thread in the base of the stand with a depth of about 5mm. (Which, by the way, are also used by the original ceiling brackets from the printer). Well, I'm sorry but I'm not such an adventurer to leave a 5kg projector for 40k hanging on three threads. So it ended up sitting on a shelf. The large vertical lens shifter makes it usable like this. But I'd rather have it upside down. (Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn't think this through)
