I bought the partner as a replacement for the old Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro and I am quite disappointed. The performance of the phone is not sufficient for normal use, the environment has significant delays during individual actions.
The phone has a nice AMOLED display.
Xiaomi' s standard UI is fine.
Lovely design
Good price
Case supplied
Good and readable display
Weak performance, the UI environment cuts slightly

I needed a cheap but promising phone for an old man. And this one came out as the best value for money. The processor is modern and economical. It is also reasonably fast in applications, unfortunately MIUI is not well optimized for such weak processors, so the movements in the menu, on the desktop and the like are not very smooth (there are visible jerks). Maybe an update will fix it, but as of 6/25/2024 it' s a reality. But for a phone for three Palackés, that' s an acceptable concession. The display is pleasing, which is above average bright for its class, although the color rendering is dull compared to other OLEDs.
I positively evaluate the lightness, compared to 200g of the competition. The 5000mAh battery in combination with the processor provides a very long endurance (approx. 3 days with 4 hours of web browsing per day).
Connectivity is excellent for the price. NFC works reliably, 5G has decent reception, only wifi is somewhat weaker and needs more signal than competitors. Through one reinforced concrete wall, the attenuation is about 15dBm worse than with the competing Infinix Hot 30 5G.
The fingerprint reader works reliably, the face reader is slower compared to the aforementioned Infinix and doesn' t light up the display at night, so recognition doesn' t work at all (while the Infinix does), which is a shame considering OLED.
You will be surprised by the fast charging, which reaches over 20W and can thus be charged from zero to 100 in about an hour.
Overall, I rate it positively. Especially when looking at the price.
A good buy for the money
relatively lightweight
economical processor
Fast charging
MIUI is a bit too demanding for such a weak processor
Really a lot of advertising in the system and applications

Before this smartphone I had a redmi note 11 so not that much difference there. The only main difference I see is 5G. I can definitely recommend
Faster response
5g network
Display
Quality camera
Weaker battery life
