Bought for the company to control devices in the field, mainly for its readability in the sun and large battery, so hopefully it'll last. The phone arrives with a basic black silicone case (with a "suede-like" finish), which is otherwise fine. It always gets to me that phones don't come with an adapter anymore; of course, I have some, but it just seems a shame. The pre-installed bloatware is annoying, but they've got to make their money somewhere. The weight is fine for that battery, very similar to my S24U, which has a much smaller battery. I like the look of it. Of course, it's all plastic and the cameras are nothing special either, but for the price tag, it's adequate.

Good phone features for the price.
Lasts a long time on a single charge, and charges quickly.
Large display.
I'm happy with the quality of the photos, except for shooting in low light.
The phone runs quickly and smoothly during normal use.
It feels good in the hand.
The charger is missing
Number of pre-installed apps
Lack of memory card slot
The Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting, only a restart helps.

I am very satisfied with the phone. I most appreciate the battery life and the quality camera. Nice colour + the speed of the operating system. It's just a shame that a clear case isn't included in the box.

A nice, big phone with lots of features and a huge power bank battery, an AMOLED screen with incredible brightness. For me, a decent phone for the money.

I am completely satisfied with the phone and have nothing to complain about except for one small lag where Spotify kept turning itself on after two restarts and couldn't be switched off.
The phone lasts a long time even when used heavily throughout the whole day.
Beautiful colour
fits well in the hand
Definitely corresponds to the price/performance ratio
the phone only comes with a black case, not a transparent one
The camera is rather average, but still very good.

It's a very nice phone and the battery drains incredibly slowly. I recommend also buying the 100W charger from Xiaomi for it. The display is beautiful and you can run games on it with ease.

The Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G was a pleasant surprise. The phone has a really well-made, large AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, which is beautifully readable even outdoors. The picture is sharp, the colours are vibrant, and using the phone is very enjoyable. For me, the biggest advantage is definitely the battery. The 9,210 mAh capacity is really noticeable, and with normal use, the phone easily lasts several days. When it does need charging, the 100W charging is very fast. The performance is sufficient for everyday use, social media, the internet, videos, and casual gaming. The camera takes good photos, although you can't expect it to be on the same level as the most expensive flagship phones. With more demanding games, you can tell it's still a mid-range phone. Overall, I am very satisfied with the phone. If you're looking for a large display, excellent battery life, fast charging, and a durable body, the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max 5G is definitely an interesting choice.
