Sensing pen position and pressure is very accurate and with fast response, it will not limit most people in drawing. The only reason to buy a more expensive model is if one would need a larger display.
A minor drawback is that if the tablet is not connected and turned on when the computer boots, the pen and mouse do not work together - randomly one or the other stops clicking.
