The BOSCH MAFD440B7 Serie 4 Air Fryer is suitable for preparing meals for up to 5 people. Thanks to two separate frying baskets with a total capacity of 9 litres, you can prepare two different dishes at the same time. Operation is made easy by a digital touch panel, where you can select one of ten automatic programmes or manually set the temperature and time. The air fryer allows you to defrost, reheat, bake and fry with a minimum of fat.

Two baskets for cooking

The horizontal design of the air fryer features two separate frying baskets, each with a capacity of 4.5 litres. This design allows you to prepare two different dishes at once, with different temperature and time settings. The smart SYNC and MATCH functions ensure perfect coordination. The SYNC function ensures that both dishes are ready at the same time, even if each requires a different preparation time. With the MATCH function, you can set the same cooking parameters for both baskets with a single touch, which is ideal when preparing a larger quantity of the same food.

Settings and automatic programmes

The air fryer is operated via a digital touch panel with a display. You can choose from 10 preset programmes that automatically adjust the time and temperature for common dishes. For manual preparation, there is a temperature setting of 40–230°C, which can be adjusted in 5°C increments. The top and bottom heating system, combined with hot air circulation, contributes to even cooking of ingredients from all sides. Dishes are prepared with minimal use of oil.

Maintenance and safety features

The inner surface of the frying baskets has a non-stick ceramic coating that prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easier. After cooking, the baskets and removable trays can be placed in the dishwasher. For safe operation, the air fryer has overheat protection and an automatic pause function that interrupts operation when one of the baskets is removed. The shake reminder is also practical, helping to achieve even results.
