The Breville VDF133X-01 hot air fryer with 360° hot air circulation allows you to prepare your favourite delicacies with a minimum amount of fat. You use 99.5% less oil compared to traditional frying. SteamFry technology expertly combines steam cooking and hot air frying modes. The meat is perfectly crispy on the outside and deliciously juicy inside. The fryer container offers an above-standard volume of 7 l. You can prepare up to 2.2 kg of your favourite fried food. Food will not stick to the non-stick surface, so you do not have to worry about difficult cleaning of the fryer. In addition, it has an integrated Steam Clean function, which cleans and disinfects the appliance with steam. Depending on the type of food being prepared, the temperature can be set between 100 and 200 °C. An input of 1700 W ensures fast air heating and ideal performance throughout operation. You can set the temperature and time manually or use one of the 6 programs. A removable container is also included.
