CyberPower UPS

CyberPower UPS
The CyberPower UPS with line-interactive topology provides a stable power supply for sensitive IT equipment, such as computers or network storage devices. It has an apparent power of 2200VA and a real power of 1320W. At a low load of 90W, it keeps connected devices running for 70 minutes, providing enough time to safely save your data and shut down the system. The built-in Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) actively corrects mains voltage fluctuations without having to switch to the battery. Integrated USB-A and USB-C ports let you charge mobile phones and tablets. In addition, the GreenPower UPS Bypass technology reduces its own energy consumption and contributes to a longer battery life. The PowerPanel Personal software is used for power management and automatic system shutdown. Status LEDs inform you about the current operating mode, battery status or any potential overload. The user can customise the audible alarms that alert you to a change in power status.
Key features of the CyberPower UPS
- Line-interactive topology with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR)
- GreenPower UPS Bypass technology helps achieve ultra-low energy consumption
- Support for power from an external generator
- Two USB ports for charging other devices
- PowerPanel Personal software for power management
- Data network and telephone line protection
- Compact tower design
- Battery is not user-replaceable
Topology and power
The UPS operates with line-interactive topology and maintains a stable 230V output voltage. The Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) function corrects undervoltage and overvoltage without switching to the battery. GreenPower UPS Bypass technology reduces energy consumption and contributes to less heat generation. The apparent power of the unit is 2200VA, while the real power is 1320W. The backup time at a 90W load is 70 minutes.
Battery, protection and connectivity
The integrated battery supports a cold start, meaning the unit can be started even without an input power supply. Several features ensure the protection of connected appliances. The unit includes overload and surge protection with an energy absorption of 150J. EMI and RFI filters suppress high-frequency interference. The protection circuits also include RJ-45 and RJ-11 ports to secure the data and telephone line. The USB port provides communication with the computer and is compatible with the HID interface. A fixed cable with a Schuko plug is used to connect to the mains. Additional connectivity is provided by one USB-A port and one USB-C port for charging mobile devices, with a total output of 5V/2.1A.
