de Buyer 5680.32 mineral B Element PRO
The De Buyer 5680.32 mineral B Element PRO is a round pan with a Lyon profile, which makes it easy to serve food on a plate. Ideal for searing, grilling and browning. Made of solid Mineral B iron with a beeswax finish - a protective layer against oxidation that facilitates firing. Improved non-stick properties at first use. Thick, non-deformable walls ensure excellent caramelization of food. The natural non-stick properties are created by gradual firing. It has a riveted cast stainless steel handle, curved in French style. It is advisable to burn the pan when using it for the first time.
